Perspex Maintenance Instructions
1. ALL ACRYLIC/PERSPEX PRODUCTS SHOULD BE TREATED AS FRAGILE.
2. ACRYLIC/PERSPEX PRODUCTS MAY CRACK/CHIP/BREAK IF DROPPED OR HANDLED ROUGHLY. HANDLE CAREFULLY AS YOU WOULD HANDLE GLASS.
3. HARD AND/OR SHARP INSTRUMENTS WILL SCRATCH YOUR PRODUCT.
4. SURFACE SCRATCHES ARE BOUND TO OCCUR WITH REGULAR HANDLING AND USE.
5. ONLY CLEAN WITH A SOFT CLOTH/SPONGE DAMPENED WITH COLD/WARM WATER.
6. THE USE OF ANY SOLVENTS SUCH AS TURPENTINE, METHYLATED SPIRITS, WHITE SPIRITS, SANATIZER OR ANY STRONG GLASS CLEANING PRODUCTS WILL DAMAGE THE ACRYLIC/PERSPEX PRODUCT.

LIGHT HAIRLINE SCRATCHES AND BUBBLES/AIR POCKETS AT THE GLUE JOINTS ARE NATURAL OCCURRENCE AND WILL NOT BE TREATED AS DEFECTIVE. WE HAVE TAKEN EVERY CARE TO GET THIS TO YOU IN GOOD ORDER AND HOPE THAT YOU FIND EVERYTHING IN ORDER. WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE BROKEN OR CRACKED IN TRANSIT. WE WILL BUBBLE WRAP AND BOX YOUR PRODUCTS WITH FRAGILE STICKERS AND TAKE AS MUCH CARE AS NEEDED, HOWEVER THE COURIER COMPANIES HAVE A DISCLAIMER THAT THEY DO NOT COVER BREAKAGE . OUR SUCCESS RATE OF COURIERS IS 96% YOU CAN INSURE YOUR PARCEL AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. REGRETTABLY WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ORDERS.
